To support the measurement of volunteer engagement while providing these services, we will take you through a high level overview of the Volunteer Engagement Survey. The survey results will help you to populate your indicators for the Volunteer Resources Balanced Scorecard so that you can provide data to your organization about the impact and contribution that your team and the volunteers make.
