COVID-19 and Resilience in the Voluntary Sector

with Kathleen Douglass

From seniors’ centres to hospitals, sports groups to food banks, we in the not-for-profit and voluntary sector are on the frontlines as we support and continue to serve our clients and communities during this unpredictable and turbulent time of COVID-19.  Though physical health is our top concern, we’re also worrying about job loss/layoffs, financial impact, school closures, emotional exhaustion, and vagueness about what the future holds.

During this webinar, we will discuss and share resources:

  • Your own wellness needs as a person affected by the pandemic
  • Your role as a volunteer engagement professional
  • How we are managing our volunteers and volunteer programs
  • Ideas on how can we build resilience to plan ahead for the future
We look forward to seeing you there!
