We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Volunteer Resources, to lead the Volunteer Resources Program at Women’s College Hospital (WCH). This role ensures that volunteers are supported, engaged, and empowered to enhance patient care and the overall hospital experience.

A key aspect of this position is a strong, collaborative partnership with the Association of Volunteers, which serves as a primary relationship in advancing volunteer engagement at WCH. The Manager, Volunteer Resources is an ex officio member of the Executive of the Association of Volunteers and plays an integral role in aligning volunteer strategy with the hospital’s overall strategic priorities.
