2022 Standardized Volunteer Opinion Survey (SVOS) Registration - OPTION 2

Thank you for selecting OPTION 2 of STANDARDIZED VOLUNTEER OPINION SURVEY 

Option 2 - Site Data Provided Separately on Main Report:

Note: You must have a minimum of 50 volunteers at a site in order to choose this option.  This is to ensure data validity when preparing the final survey report.  **Each site will be billed separately based on the number of volunteers invited PER SITE at $2.00 per volunteer at a minimum of $300.00 to a maximum of $1,750 per site.

Data is provided separately for each site. The survey report will reflect volunteer data for each site for all questions under each dimension. You will receive an excel document with raw data including comments from all volunteer respondents in your organization (you will be able to filter by site).

Fees: 

PAVRO Members: $0 administrative fee, $ 2.00 per volunteer at a minimum of $300.00 to a maximum of $1,750.00.
Non-Members: $175.00 administrative fee, $ 2.00 per volunteer at a minimum of $300.00 to a maximum of $1,750.00.
